Who I am

Welcome! My name is Christine and I am a trauma-informed, holistic therapist that works with people that have a tendency to give a lot— to their work, their families, their communities— often at the cost of their own well-being. Many of my clients that work in these helping professions (e.g., healthcare professionals, first-responders, military service members, and social workers) find themselves navigating symptoms of burnout, compassion fatigue, complex stress reactions, or the impact of past trauma.

My approach is holistic, strengths-based, person-centered, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships— where all parts of you are welcomed and honored. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build capacity for emotional regulation and insight, and move toward a deeper connection with yourself.

This is a space to slow down and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we will create a space where insight, self-compassion, and healing can unfold at your pace.
